  This Review is also for Jonathan Hodgson - my main point of contact. Anton and Jon were always polite, professional and helpful to the extent they could be with a tough sale situation. I had attempted to sell my house a few years ago and could never seem to catch the attention of the appropriate buyers. With Jon and Anton's help, I was able to come up with a strategy that provided me with good coverage in the market in Seattle. While it took a little longer than expected with a few road bumps along the way, I felt that Anton and Jon were 100% there to back me up when I really needed them to. I also thank them for their extreme courtesy and professionalism when I was at the end of my rope with personal stresses. They really helped in keeping me sane and focused through a difficult sales process that was complicated by rude neighbors, necessary and expensive repairs and a stilted negotiation with first time home buyers on the other end. I feel they always did their best to get me the best deal possible, and I am very happy with this real estate office. I highly recommend them if you are in a tough situation and need someone to occasionally talk you down from the ledge of financial stress.

  My agent was Lara Fernandez, but Anton was a great help through the process of updating our home to put it on the market. He help us find a contractor and stayed active with us through out the months of updating and delays until it finally hit the market! We really appreciated the attention and professionalism that was shown to us! To complicate matters we moved out of state before the house sold and Lara and Anton handled every thing smoothly and when the house sold they took care of everything at that end, making it very easy for us!
